Before writing this novel, I wrote a lot of poetry. My poetry has been published in magazines such as Notebook and IN2PRINT (now out of print, I think). One poem, Rhythm, was a finalist in Arc’s Poem of the Year contest in 2006.

I also self-published a chapbook, Stop Motion. It’s available online at blurb.com.My short story, The Flight, is available for $0.99 from Smashwords and other e-retailers.
